The hydraulic hose is also called the hydraulic tube, the high pressure hose, the hydraulic pipe, the steel wire high pressure pipe, the wire woven rubber pipe, and the wire winding hose. Generally, it is divided into wire braided hydraulic hoses and wire winding hydraulic hoses.
The hydraulic hose is divided into two categories, rubber material and rubber and plastic material according to the material. According to the production process, it is divided into wire weaving hoses, wire wound hoses, wire weaving hoses and clamping hoses. Its working temperature is 40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
The hydraulic hose is mainly composed of liquid-resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, medium rubber layer, multi-layer reinforcement layer, and weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer layer. The inner layer has the function of making the conveying medium to bear pressure and protect the steel wire or the fiber from being eroded. The outer layer protects the reinforcement layer from damage. The reinforcing layer is the skeleton material, and its function is to ensure the useing pressure of the hose.
Hydraulic hose is mainly used for mine hydraulic support and oil field development. It is suitable for the hydraulic system of mechanization and automation in the project construction, lifting, transportation, metallurgy forging press, mining equipment, vessels, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, all kinds of machine tools and various industrial departments, to deliver petroleum base with certain pressure and temperature( such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil), and water-based liquid (such as emulsion, oil and water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission. The hydraulic hose of rubber plastic materials is also known as rubber hoses. It is a new kind of hoses which can resist corrosion and energy saving effectively.
